The After School Equal Access Legal Brief (PDF) from the School and College Legal Services of California addresses the responsibility of school districts to provide accommodations/services to students with disabilities in after school programs.

Mandated Reporters

After School staff are considered mandated reporters of child abuse and should be knowledgeable about their roles and responsibilites. The following flyer identifies an on-line training that staff may complete independently.
